Depending on the complexity of your project, Cab-Expert can deliver a monocoque or modular building. The modular building can be fully installed by our qualified team, or by your own employees with the help of an assembly drawing or guided by a member of our team.

Sound Enclosure

Here again, the same manufacturing process used for modular panels is applied. The machine then has to be fully enclosed to ensure optimal noise reduction. 

Our hoods and acoustic enclosure systems are perfect for every kind of industry and machine, such as compressors, shredding machines, pumps, electrical rooms and others. These items can be fabricated according to your requirements in terms of size and noise-reduction level.

As in all the constructions manufactured by Cab-Expert, control of moisture, temperature and dust is provided by our top-quality air-conditioning and ventilation systems.

Industrial sound control

Industrial soundproofing is also one of Cab-Expert's skills.

In fact, the acoustic isolation of industrial machinery (pumps, compressors, electrical rooms, etc.) uses the same process employed to manufacture the modular panels.

Controlled Environments

In some cases, the noise reduction required will be less of a priority. A simple system of soundproofed walls and partitions separating the noisy area from the area to be isolated may be sufficient.
